Climbing volcanoes is one of my passions. Ranging from South Sister to Mt Hood to Mt Rainier, the thrill of scaling these otherworldly giants is challenging and addicting.
Getting away from it all into nature and exploring keeps me sane and healthy. A good hike with pleasant views is undeniably what we all need.
Though I am not an expert at this, it provides some of the thrills of resort skiing and the exercise to "earn one's turns". You will appreciate all the hard work in your descent.
I am progressing in my cross-country skills and skijoring with my Siberian Husky Kona. Great exercise while exploring around the flatter snow-covered lands.
What better on a hot summer day then to get out on the water and explore the lakes and rivers.
